How to refer to me as Simbian Tech

"We", "I", "Us", "Our", "Me", "My" "Simbian", "Simbian Gaming", "Simbian Gaming Ducks n Swans", "Simbian Stuff", "Simbian Tech Stuff", "Simbian's Game Corner", "Tom's Game Corner" refers to Simbian Tech in this document.

Are you allowed to repost my content?

No you are not allowed to repost my content in any way unless I give you permission, it also has to be posted in a non competing platform where I do not post content and you do not earn money for that video, if you do I cant really do anything about it (This does not include the repost feature on tiktok) and I have to be properly credited, for example if a video is from Simbian Gaming then Simbian Gaming must be credited as the creator of that video. Otherwhise i will take actions against you.

Am I allowed to use your content in edits, YTPs, etc...?

As long as it's not just my video with some sound over it its fine, if you are not sure then feel free to contact me.

Wallpapers, themes and skinpacks?

You are allowed to use and distribute my wallpapers and themes as long as you credit me (if distributing, I recommend to direct to my website tho) and do not directly earn any money from them. You are allowed to use skins from my skinpacks freely, do not sell them tho.

World downloads and addons?

You are free to do whatever with world downloads and addons of GreenCraft SMP, CaveCraft SMP, New Championcraft, SimbianCraft and other worlds released by me exept claiming those worlds as your work or selling them. For information regarding Peculiar SMP and ChampionCraft contact their respective owners for more information.

Other downloads?

You are free to use and distribute them but please note that they may be owned by other parties which have other rules.
